The best supplements for ectomorphs are no different than any typical person looking to increase muscle mass. The fat you're bulking out of will have a harder time building up than the muscle you're bulking out of. How long to do this? Well, the answer to that question is somewhere between two and 4 months, depending on how you do it, bulking for beginners. As for how long it can be, well, it depends on the time spent and your fitness level! It certainly helps to try things out for a longer period of time and see exactly what works for you. If it's only one time and you just don't get results, then go back to the previous routine and try another one, bulking for muscle growth. How about if the workout is different? That's another question that depends on how you train too, how much you train, and the overall health, fitness level, and lifestyle of your current lifestyle, bulking for weight loss.
